Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. PDFSpry rotates your PDF locally in your browser. Your document is not uploaded for processing, and the rotated file is created on your device.

Can I rotate only certain pages?

Yes. Choose Selected pages and enter individual pages or ranges, such as 1,3,5-7. All other pages stay as they are.

Does rotating reduce PDF quality?

No. PDFSpry changes each page's rotation setting without converting the page to an image or re-compressing it, so text and images keep their original quality.

Can I rotate a page that is already rotated?

Yes. Rotation is applied relative to the page's current orientation, so rotating a sideways page right by 90° turns it a further quarter turn clockwise.

What is the maximum PDF size?

You can rotate one PDF of up to 100 MB at a time. Password-protected PDFs aren't supported yet, so remove the password first.
